Development Platform
BTS uses the Microsoft .net development platform. This provides our programmers with great flexibility to use multiple programming languages when needed. It also allows the use of some legacy code and provides for development in a windows based environment. .Net is one of the leading programming platforms available and provide for great flexibility. In addition, all projects are developed in a Windows Team Foundation Server environment to ensure the highest level of security in regards to source code and confidentiality issues.
Development Mythology
BTS uses the Scrum development methodology which is part of the Agile group of development methodologies. The guiding principles of agile software development are:

With this in mind Scrum puts a heavy focus on customer collaboration to ensure all business requirements are clearly defined and meant. BTS Programmers
BTS has programmers located in both Redondo Beach, CA and Mexico City, Mexico. These programmers are full time employees of BTS and will are dedicated to ensuring all our customers are 100% satisfied. In addition, BTS maintains a network of several hundred on-call programmers throughout the United States and Mexico that can be contracted for individual jobs to provide specific expertise, or expedite projects.
