trying to provide maximum customer service to your guests. BPOS maintains all transactions on local terminals in order to maximize speed. This eliminates the need for the terminal to “talk” to the server in order to process the order. All information is fully maintained on all terminals, but as the actual transaction is processed it is done locally. Once the transaction is completed, it is immediately synchronized on all terminals and servers for full access by any user. This process is transparent to the end user, but is critical in high volume
environments.
Flexibility
BPOS has been developed to provide end users with maximum flexibility. All front-of-the-house screens are fully
customizable through the use of a dynamic user interface. Screens can be arranged in any format and buttons can be
designed into many shapes, colors and sizes. Most importantly, all of this can be accomplished by the vast
majority of users without the need to call technical support.

If for any reason a server were to go down, all the terminals would continue to process transactions as normal. Once the server was back on line, the server and all terminals would be automatically
