BPOS is designed to provide customers with the ability to customize the way the point of sale system is setup. All front-of-the house screens are fully customizable using “drag and drop” technology. Over 100 pre-programmed function buttons may be customized using pre-set properties options by simply “right clicking” on the button.
BPOS can be used to maintain detailed customer information including their complete order history. This information can then be used to run customer reports for marketing purposes and improve customer service.
BPOS has built in loss prevention capabilities including video surveillance integration and a variety or reports targeting potential theft including cash drawer reports, the use of the No Sale button by employee, the use of Voids and other discounts by employee and a variety of inventory reports
A key to running an effective business is access to information, and BPOS provides that for management through the use of a dashboard option. This option allows managers to see key information at the touch of a button on any point of sale workstation at the location. Information is displayed in easy to read formats and in a variety of ways including text, pie charts, graphs and histograms.
BPOS provide a wide range of mobility functions including inventory, credit card payments, orders taking and delivery order/driver tracking.
BPOS is currently beta testing both on-line ordering and an on-line employee portal. Both modules are scheduled for release in the first quarter of 2012.
Gift Card Services
Gift Cards are a great way to increase your sales and customer loyalty, and BPOS provides a comprehensive Gift Card module. The BPOS Gift Card Server issues gift cards and processes gift card transactions. Multiple types of gift cards may be issued and tracked for one or more locations. Gift cards may be issued for any designated amount and are tracked each time they are used. Current balances and a record of all transactions are maintained for each individual gift card. BPOS gift card module offers many features including:

BPOS provides end users with over 60 standard back office reports, unlimited front of the house reports with over 75 optional fields, and over 10 dash board reports for use in the front of the house including a detailed daily business intelligence report. Scheduling/Time Clock
BPOS Point of Sale software provides comprehensive time clock and scheduling functions to ensure proper labor management. Establishments have three primary options to choose from; no time clock or scheduling, just time clock, or time clock with scheduling. In addition BPOS provides functionality to comply with local labor laws regarding overtime and employee breaks.
